Traditional Ají de Gallina

Easy to Cook

1 chicken breast

2 bread rolls (or 6 saltine crackers) soaked in evaporated milk

1 can (400 ml) of evaporated milk

2 tablespoons of Pacha Inka Marinade

Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste

Hard-boiled eggs (for garnish)

Black olives (for garnish)

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Boil and shred the chicken.

2. Blend the evaporated milk, bread, pecans, chicken broth and the contents of our Ají de Gallina Base.

3. In a pot overheat, combine the blended mixture with the shredded chicken and stir.

4. Serve over boiled potatoes, rice, and decorate with hard-boiled egg and olives.
